Investing in Tomorrow: How Peachtree Is Addressing Its Carbon Footprint

Peachtree takes active steps to preserve God’s creation and build a sustainable company. One way we are doing this is by partnering with agencies that make a difference in the environment.

Since launching our tree-planting initiative a few years ago, Peachtree has planted thousands of trees that will fully offset its carbon footprint. Company president Chris Hudson explains, “Our tree-planting efforts far surpass the amount needed to offset our carbon footprint. As these trees mature, they will absorb significantly more carbon than our company produces.” Hudson emphasizes, “We plan to continue this effort year after year, which will only increase our positive contribution and ensure Peachtree has a positive impact for decades. Offsetting our carbon footprint allows us to steward God’s creation in our own small way.”

In 2024, Peachtree partnered with Plant with Purpose, a Christian ministry that works with local communities worldwide to help reforest their lands. The planted trees restore native ecosystems and provide employment opportunities for individuals in these communities.
