When a new publisher was entering the marketplace, they needed a full line of books — fast!


We provided the capacity, support, and expertise to develop 18 books and one study Bible within 12 months.

The Hudson product development process begins with team brainstorming and collaboration. With the urgent time frame, our Idea Factory met on day one and developed dozens of product concepts and narrowed them down to the best options. These were presented to the client publishing team, allowing them to quickly build a publishing plan.

We then helped implement the plan by bringing together teams of scholars and writing professionals, managing the entire project through to production and delivering quality books on schedule and within budget. In all, approximately 120 professionals were involved from the Hudson team allowing the publisher to tap into just the right balance of skills and experience necessary to efficiently launch the line of products.
